Customer Support

At Pathfinder, we want you to feel supported from the moment you reach out. Whether you have a question about booking a session, joining a programme, attending training, arranging corporate wellbeing support, or finding the right starting point for you, our team will do their best to help in a calm, respectful and practical way.

Pathfinder CIC supports people experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma and addiction through holistic, trauma-informed wellbeing services. We also provide training and organisational wellbeing support. If you are unsure which service is right for you, please contact us and we will guide you towards the most appropriate next step.

How to Contact Us

The easiest way to contact us is by using the contact form on our website or by emailing us directly. Please include enough information for us to understand your enquiry, but do not include highly sensitive personal or medical information unless we specifically ask you to provide it through an appropriate route.

Email: [email protected]

Website contact form: https://www.pathfinderdevelopment.co.uk/contact

Postal address: Pathfinder CIC, 7 Charlotte Street, Perth, PH1 5LW

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible during normal working hours. At busy times, it may take a little longer, but your message matters to us and we will come back to you as soon as we can.

What We Can Help With

You can contact us for support with choosing a service, booking a session, rearranging an appointment, asking about training, discussing corporate wellbeing support, accessing online course information, or raising a concern about your experience with Pathfinder.

If your enquiry relates to a booking or payment, please include the name used to book, the service or programme name, the booking date, and the best email address for us to reply to. This helps us find your details quickly and respond more effectively.

If You Need Urgent Help

Pathfinder provides wellbeing support, training and community-based services, but we are not an emergency or crisis service. If you feel at immediate risk, believe someone else is at immediate risk, or need urgent medical or mental health assistance, please contact emergency services by calling 999 in the UK, contact NHS 111, or reach out to an appropriate crisis support service.

If you are already receiving support from a GP, therapist, mental health team, or other professional, please contact them directly for urgent advice about your care.

Feedback and Concerns

We care deeply about creating safe, welcoming and respectful spaces. If something has not felt right, or if you would like to share feedback about your experience, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line Feedback or Concern.

We will listen carefully, treat your message respectfully, and aim to respond in a constructive way. Where appropriate, we may ask for further information so that we can understand what happened and decide what action should be taken.

Accessibility and Additional Support Needs

If you have an accessibility need, communication preference, mobility consideration, sensory requirement, or anything else that would help you feel safer and more comfortable when engaging with Pathfinder, please tell us before your appointment or event where possible.

We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments and to support you in a way that is practical, respectful and person-centred.
